Decided to take my Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360 A-RGB Rev 4 with the offset brackets off and test the Noctua NH-D15 [Chromax.black](https://Chromax.black) with the AM4 offset brackets and do a 30-minute Cinebench r23 mc throttle test no overclocking just enabled PBO and the limits PPT 195 EDC 140 TDC 130 no undervolting no curve optimizer LLC was left on auto mind you this is on a 6 plus year old motherboard the Asus Rog Strix B350-F Gaming Wi-fi and G Skill Trident Z Neo cl14 3600mhz 4x8gb overclocked the Arctic did do better slightly with temps and scores when tested the Arctic I scored in CB 23 30-minute throttle test mc 23,278.

What BIOS settings are you using? I literally hit 70C+ on all cores with water cooling. Have tried many different pastes… i heard these things run hot but idk man I definitely cannot get it close to 30c. Ever
