The customer’s residence was completely destroyed by a fire caused by electrical issues within the walls. When he sent me pictures of the fire and narrated the incident, I initially thought he was going to complain about our product. However, that wasn’t the case. He said, “No! The fire burned the walls of my house, but the cables I purchased held up through the fire, water, and the heavy debris. They still function perfectly, even after going through the fire.” Fortunately, no one was harmed in this fire.

Gotta appreciate a good product when you find one.
I wanna know how much of that pc survived and I wanna know why they’d put possibly burnt cables back into a pc!
