Looks like that is the refresh rate which seems almost pointless, video rate is at 50/60 100/120, but 3840 to refresh will never be noticeable on anything
Queasy_Profit_9246
Lol, Monitor with a BTU rating
Head-Ad4770
Since when do screens generate heat, let alone that much heat?
TheRealMrTrueX
Prob 60 hz per panel @ 64 panels.
I used to work for samsung / collab with BBY for Business and a lot of these walls are just 12×12 panels put together and ran through a video matrix. A local sportsbar just got something like this, its like 110 inches or something and made up of 12×12 panels, looks like shit unless you are like 50 yards away, literally. Sitting on the patio and watching NFL two weeks ago, like 12 feet away, hard to even read the damn text haha
Moparian714
Sweet finally I can enjoy all 3k frames I get on phasmophobia
Own_Kaleidoscope1287
Looks like someone put the amount of horizontal pixels as the refresh rate.
KingTournament
It’s in fact a typo from a 3840×2160 resolution probably
red_vette
The video rate is 50/60 Hz or 100/120 (FRC) Hz.
razorbacks3129
$220,000.. not bad
CringeDaddy_69
I know it’s a typo, but can you fucking imagine
Revolvere
My guess is that they made a typo because 4K resolution = 3840×2160.
hin_inc
You’re just paying for 64 screens that connects together like lego
sirmombo
Holy shitballs ONLY $220k?? That’s a steal!

They are only $220k each. Should I stick with a triple screen or would a ceiling/floor mount screen be to over the top?
castrator21
I mean, it IS $220,000. I’d hope it has some amazing specs
alanoid164
Does that refresh rate allow you to see 10s into the future?
Xaphanex
It’s 3,840 hz at base, but it can be OCd to hit 2160 times the hz. That’s like, a lot of hz.
TheTimeIsChow
You’re not missing anything.
The ‘standard’ refresh rate for a very high quality LED ***display*** is 3840 hz. Key word being display. But, they go much higher.
IIRC, Samsung creates a 10,000hz display for the same purpose.
What we see here is a bit of a trickle down from ultra high-end LED XR displays for something like virtual filming.
The important thing to note here is a 120hz frame rate control while the screen itself refreshes exponentially faster to eliminate tearing and flicker.
Something we would never notice…but something a camera, shooting at 24fps, absolutely would.
At the end of the day? This tech makes 0 sense for home gaming monitor use. It just doesn’t. It would cost a fucking fortune and your overall gaming experience would be objectively worst than a semi affordable QD-OLED (for example).
Spartancarver
Seems like a typo. 3840 is the horizontal resolution of 4K
germy813
Definitely getting this next pay check

The glory of gaming @ 3,800hz & fps!
MrMxylptlyk
At that price point, it better be! Lol

I wonder what kind of outlet you would need to plug this energy glizzy gobbler.

On the product page:
” Every motion becomes sharper, with greater clarity. The Wall All-in-One automatically converts standard 60Hz signals to 120Hz, removing motion judder in fast-paced action for smoother streams and a seamless viewing experience, every time. “

Good luck pushing that many frames in cyberpunk…

You can apparently pay $9000 for 2 technicians to come install it for you on your wall. I wonder how much the technicians get to keep, if any.
JahHappy
Guarantee someone will post a pic of them stacking 2 of these together in a “rate my setup”.
RicketyGaming
I’m pretty sure this is a business solutions TV, given that the specs also say it comes with Microsoft 365, VMWare, RDP, SmartView+ etc. etc. this screams big corporation conference room TV.
TheMatt561
I guess if you add all the panels together
Saarthak0610
The difference between the video rate and the refresh rate.
Ismaelum
Correct me if I’m wrong but 146″ would look horrible on a 4K panel right? I mean you would have to be quite far from it in order to maintain some resolution/pixel density
It’s like using a 1080p monitor on a 34inch screen or something like that in front of you.
Either way with that price I’m buying a huge property and cattle where I live
rocaile
Even if it wasn’t an error, it would have been dumb af, no one get 4k fps on anything lol
