No perk shards required and easy af!🤩 I’m on Ps5 but I think it will work on all platforms. Do let me know how it goes!
1. Go to your character menu and refund all perk points possible. Some tech perks might not refund but it’s okay. Leave them be. You might already see one or two extra perk points at this point.
2. Assign the points to completely fill all the perks for any of your level 20 attributes. If not, at least level 15 (The dupe glitch is present in Body, Reflex and Intelligence trees, at least for me. Haven’t leveled cool, so can’t say.) Assign the remaining points randomly.
3. Exit out from that menu and make a quick save.
4. Go back to the character menu and open the attribute you put all your perk points in.
5. Time for the glitch! Start refunding your perks by rapidly pressing the refund button (triangle on ps5) on each perk. Most will return points as expected. But some of the perks that take 3 points to upgrade, like adrenaline rush and quake in body, air dash in reflex etc will return 4 instead of 3 points if you tap quickly. Pretty easy! You’ll notice it working if you pay attention to the sounds. Sometimes perks needing 2 points return 3 as well. Take note of these perks. They will give you extra points almost every time. I’ve marked the ones that worked for me in the pictures.
5. Make sure you don’t stop there and refund all the perk points from that attribute. Move to a different attribute and refund few or all points from there as well. It might bug and you might get a few more from there. I got about 2-3 extra points each time, and 5 points in one go once.
6. Once done, fill everything up again without exiting the character menu.
7. Repeat from step 3.
Along with the cyberware capacity shard glitch we got, my V is officially a God now!

Cool find, neat. Probably won’t use it as I like some limitations but I am all for glitches and bugs being exploited.
cant you just spam assigning a 3-step perk, and immediately refunding it very fast as you sayd, only to immediately buy it again?

Just tried this and it definitely works. Makes me wonder how many extra perk points I’ve acidently given myself when testing builds and respecing.
That’s why I have 84. I reset my builds few times this must have had happened to me I didn’t noticed. At least I know now. Thanks.
Not surprised tbh
The game has some super buggy menus especially if you do things too quickly.
Pre 2.0 was much worse but some annoying things still remain
like the inventory not being able to scroll all the way down when you sort by all, so the last row of items is hard to actually click on, or how the rows of items resize when you clear out a row. And sometimes my attached purple tier gun sights and barrel attachments will just suddenly change to white tier for seemingly no reason. And there’s always a bunch of broken misc items that have no text or anything but can’t be sold, disassembled or removed.
What’s the point
Considering my V is at the point where I don’t need to use the blackwall hack but I choose to. I was clearing rooms with sonic shock and overheat ages ago. Now I just use what I want to for fun.
