Could have been worse. They could have been Rhys. Imagine the plot of Cyberpunk if the entity on the chip was Saburo Arasaka instead of Johnny Silverhand.

He winds up >!ripping out all of his cybernetics by hand to get rid of Handsome Jack in their final confrontation.!<

Cyberpunk and AC6 both go so hard. Can’t dedicate enough time to both games simultaneously.

There was some quest that reminded you you just die if you don’t have him

You get Johnny silverhand which is much better then the other two

I mean you get to have Keanu Reeves in your head so it’s not that bad

“If I need your body, I’ll fuck it.” – Johnny “Keanu” Silverhand

V couldn’t have slotted the amount of Cyberware they do without the Relic though. The cyberpsychosis they should’ve suffered is spread between them and Johnny. The ghost in their head is overwriting Vs conscious so in a way, it’s counteracting whatever cyberpsychosis would occur.

Compare that to David Martinez who was already pushing it with a Sandevistan alone and it was stated he had a high threshold for Cyberware implants.

V also gets a really wacky and silly ability called “multiple personality disorder”

  10. And being an adventurer with a weird maggot in your head just gets you a torn off mage’s hand.

The chance to befriend Johnny Silverhand

I like to think V and Silverhand become friends by the end of their partnership – or at the very least a mutual respect and understanding, though this depends on the dialog choices you make during your interactions with him.

Thing is though is that 621 gets a Waifu comapred to V getting a man screaming at him and killing him at the same time.

Who is the guy on top with the blue hair?

The Relic gave V an uncanny capacity for cyberware. You can get more chromed out than Maelstrom without going absolutely psychotic.

And look at all the cyberpsycho encounters- Most of ‘em are some pretty moderate implants compared to V replacing his whole skeleton, adding a heart, and stuffing his brain with processing chips and his spinal cord getting hotwired to his brain for Sandevistan.

V is a fucking *freak* to be so normal in that state.

The Relic makes him very stable, mentally speaking. Which is ironic.

It makes me wonder if Johnny will still have super high capacity once V is gone, or if the load will finally sink in and he’ll go psycho. Well, *more* psycho than he already is.
