note – My room temperature is 30-32°c
Are those temprature safe ? (these temps were during the cinebench r23 10 min run)
Another Question i have is my cpu frequency isn’t even going over 3.7Ghz during a stress test where as it’s Base speed is supposed to be 3.9GHz is there some problem or is this normal ?
And on Idle my temps range from 45-50°c

Temps are fine, as for boosting I have a 5500 which boosts to 4.35ghz on a cheap aftermarket cooler
