Dude has some serious Sheogorath vibes but I dig his style. And he is a def a chad.
Shame there aren’t many good suits available to the player in game, Aguilars get up is kind of cool though.

I had a fun interaction when I started 2.0 before PL dropped. Old Hands called when I left Lizzie’s on the hunt for Evelyn, and a few days later, new Hands reached out as I slipped into Pacifica. His character expansion was great.
