This is my first time to make a gaming PC, what i do want is all games need to be run on Ultra/High settings without heating much or running Fans at max. Previously i used laptop which i hate the fact that they do heat up while gaming. Im sorry if i couldn’t be able to explain it. I need a PC where i play games smoothly & edit videos without noise/Heat/Loads. My budget is nearby above specifications.

Hello Hkraz, and thank you for your submission to Gaming PC! If you are new please check out our rules over at the wiki [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/gamingpc/wiki/rules)!
We have recently added the useful feature of Title Flair! You can set this manually by clicking Flair under your post once you have submitted your post, but if you missed it in the rules there is a much better way that will automatically flair your post!
To do this simply add what your post is about in brackets before your title. For example for a Build Log you can type [Build Log] before your post so that it looks like this; [Build Log]My new awesome build!, and the bot will automatically set your flair to Build Log! This works for Build Log, Build Showcase, News, Hardware News, Hardware Release, Discussion, and Miscellaneous!
Also remember that this is a place for discussing and sharing our love of Gaming Computers! This is NOT the place for help building or determining what parts you should buy, that is better suited for /r/buildapc. Troubleshooting questions should be directed to /r/techsupport. Thank you again!

I recommend getting an 13700k or kf then with the saved money get an 4070 ti to balance out the cpu and gpu so no bottleneck
The CPU is overkill, but that does leave some room for a GPU upgrade down the line. Aside from that go DDR5 6000 RAM, DDR4 makes no sense with this build.
I’d skip the 13900K and go with an I7-13700K. You can use the extra money to get a 4070ti, or if budget permits, 4080.
First i’d go to [pcpartpicker.com](https://pcpartpicker.com) so you don’t need to use your phones notes as it doesn’t compare to this phenomenal creation of a website.
Second, there’s no point in getting one of the best CPUs in the world to pair it with a mediocre card. I’d drop down to a 13700K/KF and maybe get a 4070Ti if you need to go NVIDIA or preferably a 7900XT or 7900XTX as you’ll get a bit more for your money out of it.
Third, a couple nitpicky things. You could save some money by getting a 280MM radiator although it might look a little weird in the O11-D. Then WesterDigitals SN850X offers a lot longer lifespan than the 990 Pro and it’s also currently HEAVILY discounted on Amazon. Also DDR5 might make sense here, i’d look into it if I were you but if not you should be okay.
I made the same mistake when i built my first PC by pairing a 8700k which at the time was one of the fastest gaming cpus in the world with a mid/low range 1660Ti and it ended up biting me in the ass years later when the 1660Ti couldn’t do what i wanted it to anymore.
Otherwise things look good, and i wish you luck with your build.
CPU is overkill. Do 13700K/13600K. Change RAM to a DDR5 kit. Power supply is overkill, go for like 850W. With savings, upgrade 4070 to 4070ti.
If heat/noise is a big concern, buy an AMD CPU.
For AIO, get an Artic Liquid Freezer II if you want cooler cpu and less noise. Overall better than NZXT Kraken
Get ddr5 and more storage
I would change out the storage Nvme p5 drive, ddr5 ram and grab the nzxt z790 for aesthetics.

Spending $2400 and only getting a 4070 seems bonkers to me. And the fact that you want a cool PC with quiet fans means the 13900k shouldn’t be in the conversation. You also picked ddr4 RAM but a DDR5 motherboard.
I’ll keep your white theme and make a recommendation.

Yeah, I don’t recommend a 13900. I recommend a 7800X3D. It is equal performance — actually slightly even better — and uses one THIRD the power. Therefore less heat pumped into your room.
