Smash it on the floor to remove the data stored inside then take it to a recycling centre or the bin

If that’s a live feed of your house you shouldn’t show stuff like that online, there’s lots of people that can find your house from less information than is in that TV.

1: SSDs aren’t very good at this task (recording is the purpose I assume), they can’t read/write data for 10 years without fault or significant degradation like HDDs can
2: Take a sledgehammer to the hard drive and smash the disks inside to pieces

I doubt a little that SSD’s are good and reliable for 24/7 live feed storing
