Did you equip them at some point?
Perhaps it’s because of the “Skeleton” mods you have. Haven’t played in a long time but row of those look like arms

It’s just a new glitch, I swapped my gorilla arms for mantis claws the later day and my arms still had the gorilla arms textures on
Have you tried switching it off, waiting 10 seconds, switching it on again? … 😉 … no for real. Install them and remove them again. Maybe this works. Definitely a bug.
Does it happen when you’re holding a different weapon?
Same thing happened to me in photo mode, V had gorilla arms for one pose
You must have installed some cyberware before that you unequipped later. Once you do that the cyberware visually stays but functionally it’s gone, because you unequiped it. You solve it by installing different arm cyberware which changes the look, but that’s about it.

Lol i dont see this being a problem, i had a shit bug for a long time, im actually pretty sure its still there i just dont use them anymore but when id have mantis blades after a big fight usually, no matter what i equipped my mantis blades would still visually be on screen literally making it impossible to ads. Id have to quick save nd reload constantly. Thats a real problem lol

Its a glitch. Try equiping fists and unequiping them and it should fix it. At least it did for me.
I’ve noticed you have to actually use the new cyberware you install for the old visual of one you had before to go away. So if you swapped from something else to nothing you might just be stuck until a patch.
I have this bug with gorilla arms, somebody please correct me if I’m wrong! But gorilla arms should vary aesthetically depending on the type right? Could’ve sworn I e seen it but keeps changing w updates or somethin.
For example, flaming or thermal gorilla arms should have some red accents on it (knuckles) But when I switch out reg. arms for those it still shows as the regular arms for a while until I eventually load up in the future.
Haven’t switched em again so can’t confirm.
But Op the arms I think have been prone to visual bugs for a while. Should go away
If you installed cyberware in your arms they’re just gonna look like that. It’s not like rippers keep a freezer full of regular arms to put back on
What is installed in your face slot. I’ve never seen anything like that.
