IDK the rare times I go out in to the sun it’s kind of blinding, seems normal.
There’s great auto-exposure mod on nexus to fix this.
Yeah, some of the cockpits are too small and absolute trash. Furthermore, the auto exposure window is so big, it includes the dark interior parts of the car, which in turn makes it overexpose.
Try the Caliburn. Best cockpit in the game if your a First Person driver. Handles like a dream too.
First person is weird when driving. It needs to be “zoomed in” more. It should be V’s hands on the steering wheel and the console. Remove the roof so to speak. Make it cleaner.
For PC yes they do.
The thing with auto exposure is weird. I’ve accidentally turned HDR in windows on yesterday while being in game (it didn’t turn on in game) and the auto exposure completely disappeared. Still don’t know wtf happened, but it made driving and playing in general much better.
First person driving is abysmal except for the bikes and big trucks 🛻
Never drive first person because it’s so hard to see where you are going. I mainly drive bikes third person to see my V but even when I hop in the occasional car I stay third person so I can see what my butter wheels have me sliding into. Lol.
