I have the past few months been playing every single treyarch Zombies map, and have recently completed all Aether easter eggs. So now im currently playing the Chaos storyline from BO4. I’m playing the maps chronologically which means Dead of the night comes first. I got that out of my way, on the first try. Next up was the dreaded Voyage of Despair. Ive only completed the main quest once, during the launch of BO4, and my god i hated it. The amount of time you spend hitting the box for the Kraken, HS and Homonculus is absolutely ludicris. I managed to complete the Easter Egg first try yesterday, and i actually really enjoyed it. With the new “impossible” ee being solved just recently, you can now get a free Kraken and Homonculus just by doing a simple task on round 9. This definitely makes the map much more enjoyable imo, since you wont have to spend 2/3 of the game hitting the box. After replaying this map, the hate that i had build up, has now slowly vanished.

You don’t need Homunculus or Hellion Salvo for the EE and you can just do the free Kraken EE for it.
It’s still too complicated. Tried a few times and never managed to do it.
