SIMPing wise: Rogue, Dakota, or Regina bc Mommy
Cold-headed wise: Dino, Padre, or again, Dakota. They feel the least shady from fixers. (I Love Regina, but her gigs are a bit convoluted and morally ambiguous in comparison to others)
Sebastian Ibara seems decent. He is a fair guy and a reliable one at that. New Hands is also professional, but – too professional. That’s high as fuck leagues, I ain’t getting there.

Reggie has the best moral head on her shoulders, followed to a reasonable extent by Dakota and El Capitan. Wakako seems to be the most apt to take new edgerunners on a flyer, but she’s also the most amoral of the bunch.
So, I’d probably want to spend the bulk of my work with Reg, Dakota and El Capitan if at all possible, while if I manage to survive long enough to move up into the big leagues, I’d also take work from Dino. I don’t know that I could turn down a job from Rogue, but I’d be up for shenanigans; stuff seems to regularly go pear-shaped on missions that involve her and lone solos.
Regina, Dakota, or Wakako. ( I just started PL so I don’t know much about Mr. Hands).

Hands Seems pretty loyal and will be a solid fixer, wakako gives off loyal as hell until it’s inconvenient but hey, I’d rather have the tiger claws on my side

Wouldn’t want to work for rouge even though afterlive cause she deals with too unsavory characters, like desert scavs.
Gotta be Dino. I really enjoyed his missions and they paid really well.

Captain bc he doesnt like the system and wants to change and doesn’t care how violent you are in the process. Wakko bc she realistic and the mission briefs she sends are funny.
Dex is dead and a bastard, so no.
Wakako is loyal to a point, but she’ll hang you out to dry the moment it’s necessary for her. She’s too risky for anything besides the occasional job.
Everyone else has a small agenda, but they’re also small time. If I were looking for steady work that’d most likely get me to retirement I’d stick with them.
If I were aiming to be a legend though, Regina and Rogue. Regina because she’s pushing a lot of buttons and some corpo is going to come after me sooner or later. And Rogue because she has the biggest jobs that I’m most likely to survive.
Padre or Regina, both seem to actually care about the people they are working for.

Hands. He keeps personal biz out of his gigs and used to run corpo. All the rest use mercs like personal task forces. He’s also the only fixer in Pacifica which is a hell of a niche.
