Don’t worry about bowing, my IKEA desk is way longer, has to hold 2 monitors and after 4 years has still not bowed.
I got a Vrena countertop from Ikea and I have a decent amount of weight on it at all times. Never noticed any sort of bowing and I have no leg supports.
You have barely anything on it, it won’t bow.
Also I’ve been using that desk setup for about 4-5 years now with 2 large monitors, pc and medium sized studio speakers on the desktop and it’s not bowed at all. You can ditch the legs safely.

The leg in the middle is not that strong but it will do the job.
I would allways recommend a desk plate made of heavy wood, I have one and I do not need any support konstructions
That’s a pretty narrow gap; I wouldn’t worry about it bowing at all. The leg will all but guarantee that it won’t. If you’re really concerned, you can drive in a ledger board to support the rear edge of the desktop. If you check my post history, I’ve got a L-desk without any legs or cabinetry holding it up. Zero bowing.
It’s been great on mine, and I got the 96” top as well
I mean gravity wont bow that, and that setup does not look heavy at all
