It’s clean, here’s what I’d do:
1) cable management. Tidy up all the visible hanging and loose wires. 30 mins, and a couple cable clips and mounting tape or Velcro can make them hidden for a big detail improvement.
2) some small desktop speakers or headphones & hanger
3) And unless you’re competitive gaming you can get a wireless mouse.
