Where can I find that wallpaper on your screens?
Not much besides the cables, although I have seen people cut into those panels and add shelves with objects on them, and it looks really good.
That lighting should go all the way to the corner from both sides.
Get yourself some cables that are the perfect length, and get rid of that mess! Or, build yourself a little cable run so you ca’nt see any of it. Either way, nice setup!
To help with the cables get one of those cable vertebrae/snake things
I dunno if I can link one but vivo makes one of the vertebrae cable holders and I think for people looking to conceal the cables while still being able to fluctuate between sit + stand, these look the cleanest and work the best
Otherwise if you put your case on your desk you could always get some cable raceways to help channel them all up

That does not look like a first setup, not even close, way to clean and thought through. Everything seems to match. Don’t lie to us.
How did you get the panels to line up evenly?
Don’t spend money, spend time in cable management, it’ll look clean af, then, consider adding a little of “yourself” maybe a shelf with your likings in life, a funko pop of your favorite movie for example
