Yes, I had the same problem. I had virtually nothing in Cool so sneaking around was never going to happen. I started reasonably stealthy but once I got into the garage it was like the 4th of July. I suspect my benefactor was extremely annoyed with me as well.

just spec into stealth if you want to stealth 🙃

My solution to this is the following:
1. Activate Sandevistan
2. Run past everyone
3. Hide like a hunted animal, until its off cooldown
Repeat.

20 body, 20 reflex, 20 techical, 18 cool gang has no challenge it cannot overcome. I simple tabled the tech wepons and got those sweet knife, camo skills for the stealth sections.

I haven’t played any solo builds. What is the main problem? I’ve noticed there’s a lot of doors that are behind a strength check that usually makes the stealth straight forward. I kind of short cut to the end.

Every single mission goes like this. Sneak to a point where I get cornered in such a way that I have to do something that will get me caught in some way. So then I start blasting. Eventually I’m the last man standing and I steal whatever they wanted me to steal.

Always done it by the book all 5 play throughs, I was doing a revolver/net runner build after the update, I was at level 52 and it got kinda boring so started a new game 😂 shotgun to the face and thermal projectile arm, no sneaking around anymore

Lmao I still did this stealth only and I use a balls to the wall shotgun/LMG build. Dash is OP as hell for stealth even without a stealth oriented build. I’m not kidding. Try dashing past people they will not catch you most of the time. Save scumming was definitely sorta necessary (probably like 4-5 reloads total) but it works. I got the car undetected and have zero cool attributes.

Decapitating someone with a sword from stealth counts as not being seen. Just gotta strike like a ninja.

as a stealth build this was most of my playthrough too before i just reloaded a save (stealth is good but a bit broken at times)

Always loved the non stealthy way of getting to the floats where Takemura is at a loss for words for a minute and then calls you mad after you down the mech.
All around my favorite character to fuck with, we didn’t get enough of him.

Solo build? Stealth expansion? The hell u talking about? It’s a single player game and u don’t have to be stealthy the whole time. More than anything I just walk in and use my Sandevestan to kill everybody before they know I’m there.
I highly recommended throwing knives this patch. So satisfying.

I’m going for a 20body 20reflexes 20tech 18cool build, but I’m only level 37 right now and planning to finally start PL tonight. I haven’t put any points into cool yet (was planning on doing it last).. should I respec and at least put 15 into it before starting PL? I hate failing missions that want you to stealth.
