Could this be a response to a future AMD card that will be release soon.
I don’t know why they don’t just reduce the price of the 4080 to ~$950 and call it a day.
Assuming that it bridges the gap between 4080 and 4090 with 20gb vram is it actually worth it? May as well just go 4090 at that point. Really depends on what price this gets settled on I guess.
I buy 80ti cards because the name sounds cool
No doubt they will charge $1500 for it, they have overcharged for everything else except 4090, why not this?
It’s already in a price bracket no one cares about. Instant flop imo.
The 4080Ti will have 4090 like performance but with 16GB of VRAM.
