That was some ol fashioned Cp2077 jank.

    Working as intended.

But no, not scripted, just CP and all it’s beauty.

I noticed that civilians now try to evade you slightly, at least when you’re on the road driving too, not sure if they also do it when you’re a pedestrian but this could explain what happened to you.

To go more into details, when you’re in your car driving and there’s someone in front of you but you’re speed, you’re fast, you will eventually ram into their back if you keep going and in this case you can see the car slightly moving to the right making some more space for you. You don’t need to really collide with the vehicle to see this, if you drive behind civilians, even at normal speed, you can see how they will go slightly to the right side of the road to make way.

  4. i had a similar thing happen at the end of the mission when the street is blocked off

  5. That’s a common event but not scripted, actually the opposite, due to jank code.

That broken headlight on the car upset me more than the fact that it just crashed like that.

Like, every car in the game is like that.

lol that exact scene shows some hilarious bug every time I play it. Most of the time, Jacky hits some obstacles with his motorbike. Sometimes though, spectacular shit like this happens. By now,. I’m convinced that this scene is some kind of insider joke among the devs and that they intentionally left it out of any bugfixing process.

Nope. That gonk just can’t drive.

Yes it is crystal clear that this is a scripted event and the backstory here is that the driver is an NPC in an open world video game developed by cdpr
