That homeless veteran was actually doing kindness content and he decided to return the favor by calling the CEO of MaxTac to call off the attack, very wholesome.

Pretty sure if you start a quest, your wanted status goes away. I guess giving a homeless guy money counts…

Obviously if your choosing to donate to a homeless person your not Cyberpsychotic, your just lucidly murderous. Thats not Maxtac’s job to handle.
