I’m not sure about other providers, but if you use PIA VPN, then you can purchase a dedicated IP for an additional monthly/annual fee.
Once I did this, I stopped getting the constant captcha requests because I’m the only one using that IP, therefore there aren’t thousands of calls to each site from the IP every day which is what triggers those requests.

I’d like to know this as well

You can use the Buster Captcha Solver browser extension and use DuckDuckGo.

It wouldn’t even bother me once if I didn’t do it wrong all the time

I has a captcha that kept failing even though I was confident I was solving it correctly. When I tried without using a VPN, it worked. 😞

I believe it has less to do with VPN use and more to do with deleting session cookies when you close the browser.
You can have convenience and you can have privacy, but you can’t have both.

Perhaps someone just needs to write a program to solve captchas so we don’t need to deal with this.

I just use a browser plugin.

Why browse with a VPN in the first place

Dont use google. When i first started using a vpn, it was a nightmare. Every time I wanted to search anything, I would be hit with the longest fucking captcha ever. No joke, I would have to do like 30-50 “select all squares with a shit covered anus in it” before it would let me through. For every. single. fucking. search. It got to the point where I would just turn the vpn off to search stuff, which kinda defeated the purpose of having it in the first place. Finally decided to switch to firefox with duckduckgo and havent seen a captcha since. I will never go back to the hellish nightmare that is chrome.

What’s the difference between reCaptcha and hCaptcha I see them both all the time and I have never known the difference between the two

At home sometime I just have to check a box.
When I’m at work I have to check a box and then solve ***TEN FUCKING PICTURE CAPTCHAS IN A ROW***. The feeling of shame I had clicking on motorcycles while my boss waited for me to pullup a spreadsheet was indescribable.
