It clearly says it’s only while overclock is active and enemies are at 10m or less…
Weird works for me, (it bugs out sometimes)
Though 10m is realy short
Shinobi lv.50 20% auto reload after air dashing/sliding sometimes stops working too. Seems I have to equip new weapons to get it working again.
Perhaps walls don’t count as cover?
It doesn’t work reliably for me either. It would be fun if it did work consistently though. Just remove the range limitation.

For me hacking enemy netrunners through walls that are hacking me does not work as well
Now game lots of bugs then before. Mantis blades no attack speed, sometimes you can’t equip mantis, mono or gorilla if you have weapon in your weapon slot. Sometimes you can’t use heavy attack, weapon dissppears. Sometimes you can’t do silent kill because F button dissppears. Cars teleporting front of you when you press V for calling them. Sometimes when you dash cars are flying etc. AND LOTS OF QUEST TRIGGER BUGS. Still waiting judy to call for getting clouds quest.
I sometimes can and I’m only level 45. This shit is weird. I want the old system back…
Edit: lol saw that coming, yes downvote me for only liking the mechanics that actually needed changing and not liking the unnecessary changes that were made for shits and giggles.
the other day for some weird reason I couldnt open my phone (like, ingame), which was weird cuz i was still getting calls and texts. a quick save and load fixed it, i’d thought at first that i was still tied up in a mission or smth, which got less and less likely as time went on until i did the thing.
maybe try that, or maybe even relaunching the game
I don’t understand how those things level up. Is this connected only to actions which i do in game?

Not related to the netrunner level, but am I the only one that have a blank page on the character? I have many points to set but can’t because of this.
I’ve already verified the files using the GOG verification and repair.
I know I should have started a new save after the 2.0 update,but I did not wanted to restart after the first 10hrs..
Is it related to my save being bugged? Even bugged the menu should appear, no?
I never played netrunner build but the game says you can hack’em through *covers*, not *walls*.
I dont know if there is actual difference tho.
There are a ton of bugs with the phantom liberty and 2.0 update, I hope they address them soon
It also didn’t work on my netrunner run not even once in like 30h of max lvl net running, still not as annoying as the bug where my ram didn’t regen… That one was annoying
