I use 2k, maxing out resolution is kinda pointless imo so long as you’re 1080 or higher your good, just buy what’s in your price range

I’ve got horrible vision. 1440p is just fine, I can’t see those extra pixels.
nesbit666
4k, but I just downgrade to 1440p if I’m playing something demanding, and my second monitor is 1080p. So, best of all worlds?

With my 15 inch laptop screen, I think 1080p looks great!

If i were playing on a small 30 something inch monitor, yeah 2k is fine.
But I usually play on my couch with my 65 inch tv.
4k makes a huge difference in this use case

Ultrawide 1440p. 4k? Pointless, until they pull out new gpus that can run 144± fps native. No dlss, no fsr, no bs. 1080p is still worthy

27″ 1440p gang right here

I really hope the 4K circle jerk has ended.

Is it a huge difference from 1080p to 1440p? I’ve had my 27” ultra wide 1080p monitor for like 5 years now and I want to upgrade. I just built a computer with a 6700xt

I am very, very disappointed that OP didn’t take this opportunity to render the girls and guy in their respective resolutions.

Me gaming in 540p with 2x antialiasing:

I’ve gone 144hz tn 1080p 24 inch, to 165hz va 1440p 32 inch, to 240hz tn 1080p 24 inch, to now 240hz ips 1440p 27 inch within 3 years..I’m at my most happiest, but know 32 inch 4k will be the sweet spot just the pain spot in terms of hardware needed
