The 4060 and 4060 Ti only have an x8 bus interface. So this is expected.

The 4060 Ti is an 8-lane card, so this is entirely normal. With your motherboard you shouldn’t be losing any performance from that.

8 lanes is normal. These are low end cards.
ReBAR being off is something you should be concerned with.
In the time it took for you to post this, you could have googled searched specifications of the video card and determined this was expected behavior.

I am more concerned that you do not know how to use the screenshot function on a PC but had to resort to taking a picture of the issue.
It’s just nVidia cheaping out on lanes. The 4060 and 4060Ti both run at 8x.
