I know its late, but i just reliazed i’m still pissed about the ending to our beloved Aether story. We desvered better than a PowerPoint slideshow, for the ending of the most beautiful and beloved story, ever to feature in a game. Is anyone with me, or am i alone in this? Please let me know.

tbh I like the idea of how the story ended but Aether deserved more than a cheaply animated png
I wonder what they were planning to do if their budget wasn’t cut so badly. Would tag have still been the end map or would aether have continued into bo4’s planned year 2?
They got their budget cut and told to make the next cod a couple months into the first year, not much they couldve done, bit sad really cause the game had soooo much potential
