I was way past that and had to buy it in dogtown, have near unlimited eddies from farming every ncpd I come across. It’s only good for sandy, netrunner cyberware has better options available

For balancing reasons I’m surprised CD Project Red didn’t make a mechanic where your maximum health gets cut each time you used Sandy without a full cooldown.

Yeah but in the current cyberwear economy there’s almost no way to use it (or any of the iconic cyberwear) unless you make major sacrifices. Im at level 51 and only have 296 capacity to play with. Thats with Engie at 20, edgerunner, and the other perk. I have 4/5 attributes at 9. Unless the last 9 levels give MAJOR numbers I dont know where the other 200~ capacity comes from.

Picked this up at the dogtown rip to complement my psycho Overclock build now I’m literally killing myself to spread Suicide onto every goddamn enemy i see while i yell “**SUICIDE IS BAD ASS**”

I don’t think they did enough of a balance pass on the new cyberware. Outside of RP reasons there are some things like this that feel like automatic picks for most builds. Tech 20 feels just as mandatory as it did before, only for getting cyberware like this instead of crafting.

This with Apogee Sandevistan and second heart means you’re pretty much unkillable and always at 180% speed.
All you need is 10 kills and your second heart refreshes. Sandevistan regens a third of its capacity on a kill.
