That’s literally my build. I use the Blue fangs with perks on knives and David’s sandy so I can always hit them.

I’m just now realizing how fun and cool it is to head shot enemies with knives and if that doesn’t work running up to them and stabbing them with a katana

I’m going full stealth netrunner, yet my weapon of choice is a knife for some odd reason, and oh is it satisfying. No suppressed gun is as nice to use as throwing knives is, especially if you need to take someone down because they almost spotted you when you fucked up.
