Agree. I’m running a 3060ti and even though it’ll do RT it drops performance to awful. But with tweaks it looks freaking amazing and I’m not sad to lack the bells and whistles.

Man, I run it on a RX580 and I already think it looks amazing

I play the game on pretty damn low settings, and it still looks like good, not as good as these screenshots, but I have low standards for graphics, so I’m still in awe of slop playdoh cyberpunk graphics.

I was testing different RT settings today, went to the low (non RT) preset just to see the FPS go up and surprise, it didn’t look half bad at all and reminded me of my GTX1650 days, only much smoother. In medium it looks so freaking good even without RT and it should perform nicely in anything faster than a 1660Ti, I’d imagine.
Mind you I’m on a 3060 laptop now so I can’t really crank RT. But I could happily stick to non RT high settings and enjoy Night City.

I feel like I’m doing something wrong, I have a 3080ti and I run almost all on Ultra with High RT, i could even push it into psycho and run well with DLSS on Quality, at 1440p and the game looks good, but not this good.

I’m gonna get shit for this but I actually prefer the non-RT look to the RT look **in most cases**.
The one moment that really sticks out as being significantly better with RT is the ride with Dex in the back of the car, he looks like hes made of hard plastic without RT. Its honestly terrible and I can’t believe they never even bothered to fix the lighting in that scene given how iconic it is since it was in the trailers and shit.
Other than that though I’ll take non-RT look, even though I can’t fully explain **why.**

Beautiful….um…can you bye that tank looking thing in 2nd slide?

Agree. I am playing on a laptop GTX1650 with all settings on high with texture set on medium. There are some messed up visuals here and there but other than that this game looks absolutely amazing. Can’t wait to experience it with RT some day.

Did 2.0 bring graphical changes? Playing on highest graphics settings no RT and I’ve noticed the game looks way better than before. Or am I trippin?

Playing this (on Xbox Series X) right after playing starfield (for way too many hours), I felt like I jumped into the future. Starfield doesn’t hold a candle to the beauty of Cyberpunk. The Red Engine is just so dang beautiful, and I’m sad CDPR is going to UE5 now.

The character models are really amazing too. At least the main characters.

Agreed for the most part. Personally after trying RT Reflections for this game I don’t think I can play without it.
DragonAgeLegend
Honestly I find it so hard to play games below 100fps so I play on my 3080 without RT. If I play with RT I can get around 60fps which feels too slow for me.
shibboleth2005
It is really is amazing. Even on a 1080. And screenshots can’t really do it justice either.

I have a 3070 that runs awesome at 1440p with DLAA (or quality DLSS). I have been dabbling with Path tracing and Ray Reconstruction. The 3070 isn’t fast enough, but it looked so good I thought about upgrading to a 4070Ti. With the numbers I was getting in vanilla, a 4070Ti would be able to do 50-60fps with path tracing. However, in Dogtown all RT fps numbers are cut in half at least, and the 4070Ti would no longer be able to do Path tracing. Even just Raytraced reflections would drop the game to 8-12 fps in Dogtown. It’s a nightmare to Raytrace compared to vanilla.
So, I am going to stick with my 3070 and no Raytracing with DLAA, and wait for the 5070. Screen Space Reflections set to High with DLAA at 1440p looks awesome. Can’t do 4K as it runs out of VRAM and starts to stutter when going in and out of maps.

Deus Ex has already done it. Cyberpunk is nothing new.

And on ultra it runs absolutely f’n amazing on my 2080 TI.
Very smooth experience. I personally have RT off also, im sure that would dump on my fps just a bit and im ok without it.
badchriss
Yeah, even on my crummy old GTX 1070 it still looks good with decent framerates.
