It also happens when joining a match in progress in MP. Unfortunately there aren’t any fixes. I’ve tried doing a voluntary scan and repair, and even deleting and reinstalling the game and the files just randomly corrupt.
For me I had to lower my graphics a little. I’m using all medium settings for the most part and no ray tracing at all. All I play is outbreak.
Go into your game settings to the interface tab and enable VRAM Usage. Watch it in the left corner and see when it starts to get red.
Then start to lower graphics down until it goes back to yellow or white.
What really helps a lot is resolution scaling.
