I’m not sure if I’m adjusting my Ram properly, also why does one say that it’s 3300?

Those are two separate XMP profiles, to allow broader compatibility with systems which may not be able to take full advantage of the 3600MT (MHz) speed. The important line is just under “DRAM Frequency” – it shows your Adjusted DRAM Frequency as 3600MHz, which is the XMP rating for your kit. You’re good.
