Only improvement I could see, but down to personal preference, a larger mousepad, perhaps one your keyboard could sit on as well as mouse. Also the left looks a little barren, maybe a poster could fill the void on the wall?

Comfy but could use something to populate the left side of your desk, it looks lonely. 🙁
