  1. Beep beep, motherfucker is always going to be one of my favorite moments in this game.

Makes way more sense than being all buddy buddy with Johnny 5 minutes after he told you to off yourself lol

Glad they “fixed” this. The first time I got this scene it didn’t make any sense.

Also Padre dosen’t act like he don’t know you, They really went trough all the dialogues that don’t make sense.

Much better. Than before, it was just jarring.

  6. Can you play cyberpunk after finishing mainline after this update or it’s still like you have to play one mission before final one to be happy with endgame?

The most jarring aspect of this scene for more has been the getting hit seconds after getting into your car in thr parking lot. Wish the scene had of taken place on the street.

I guess initially, when writing this, they figured players would do this mission after meeting with Takemura and reaching more of an understanding with Johnny. Whether things changed in game design afterwards that moved natural mission progression around or it was just an oversight, glad they’re cleaning things like this up.

yeah that mission is always weird if you don´t meet with takemura in the dinner first. even then your relationship with Johnny is rocky.

Na I prefer before, it felt defeatist like why does this shit keep happening.

This is better, but I prefer the original. The amount of people who didnt catch onto that this was a scripted event was too funny.

I wonder if you manage to avoid this interaction until your relationship improves with Johnny will it use the old original dialogue?

This is odd, i did this mission earlier today with 2.0 and it still had the old dialogue

I’ve only just gotten to this bit in my new playthrough and I’m not exaggerating that this might be my favorite new thing they’ve added.

I’ve loved the game since Day One but this is something that made me go “the fuck?” on launch day. I intentionally did this before meeting Takemura to see if they’d fixed it and they actually did. Good on ’em.
