Mob of the dead now has Cold War operaters in place of the mob crew. Does your ranking for it change?

Yes. A big point of the classic maps is the characters involved. It removes a large part of the story, which in turn makes the map worse overall.

Honestly depends on who it is. I really like woods, jackal, beck and sims and love mason. Anyone but these i dont wanna play Motd with them

Doesn’t change it all for me. That’s because I’ve never played the map, so I wouldn’t be ranking it anyway.

It would go down a peg or two.

The cast in Mob of the dead is such a big part of it.

I played motd like 4 times when I was younger

So no. I’d love to squad up with the boys as ghostfaces and shoot up the prison

A big part of Mob (and most classic maps) is that the story made it great. Take away the mechanics and the map layout and you’re left with characters that just feel like a campaign mission or a multiplayer game. Zombies had way more depth to it when we had great character design and storytelling like this. Even if we had annoying characters like some of Victis or hell I’ll even take the Chaos crew, it still gave us so much more on and below the surface than these cardboard cutout operators that have little to no reason for being there. It’s like taking away the perk jingles for example in Bo4, the game just has much more personality with unique crews and perks

The best parts of Mob are the atmosphere and characters, so the map suffers tremendously with operators.
