Joined my OG group today. We met in Verdansk. Played with with them irregularly on wz1 over the last several months.
The news broke that we only had 20 minutes left. We tried getting one more win. Just one more.
6 teams left and we’re out in the open, we do what we do best and make a bad push. It cost us, but I wouldn’t have had it any other way. Going down in a blaze of glory on our own terms.
Then it kicked my Ps5 mate straight from the lobby without a goodbye.
Icemanisaac had the pleasure of spectating me in his very last wz1 game on my last win ever, too. lol
Fucking such a good game. These last two days were so fun. I played one last game with so many lost friends who came back for one last hurrah.

Fuck man. I’m gonna cry… where did you find that sad ass music. We managed to get a win on our last game today. Still remember our first win. Landed on the roof of the stadium in Verdansk. Last circle, gas closing… the only open part with no gas is the roof of the stadium where I am at… pitiful win, yes, I’ll give you that but it is our first win… then came rebirth island, our home, landing on the factory with crew… best time ever, zombies event, wonderful… then came Caldera, not great not terrible but the esence is still there. Fortunes keep merely ok. But I want the game back…

Yeah I’m gutted it’s gone. Hopefully something good will replace it.
