I’m not emotional about a mere game. No, not at all. Really, I’m not. Nope. Not this guy. Ahem.
I really hope Cyberpunk 2077 gets the love it deserves and then some, especially since CD Projekt Red stuck by it and saw it to the state is in now. I loved the game at launch, even with its warts, because it felt like a labor of love, it had soul. I don’t think that excuses sloppy execution, but I was not surprised to read stories after launch about wavering vision and rushed deadlines. Creatives are disorganized and chaotic, and I think managing a large team of them to deliver on a unitary vision would be a nightmare.
Point is: they didn’t leave their baby to die and I absolutely cannot wait to jump back into this game, and more importantly world, for like the 4th time and get lost as V. Kudos to everyone at CD Projekt Red. You guys have my gratitude for making such an awesome piece of art to enjoy, and it stands as one of my GOATs.
Do you have to finish main quest to play PL?
