Since the devs made the crossbow an actual meme weapon this time (massive risk, tiny reward), their attempts at balancing a oneshot sniper by reducing its velocity and not allowing it to penetrate through surfaces, are ideal for someone like me. I’ve been firing dead ass slow projectiles which can’t penetrate even tents in either of these these games for three years already. With that in mind I hope you enjoy some of my recent snipes.

I mean it’s alright. The speed is still significantly faster than a crossbow bolt plus you don’t get the satisfaction of landing a long shot and accommodating for that arc. The nerf is really just to combat anything hurting their precious smg/AR meta. Which sucks the fun out of the game, especially if you wanna try different builds like that Bryson guy.
