Pretty classic bug. For some reason, she gets stuck somewhere way behind you, and then rubber bands into your bike hard enough to kill you. The only way I’ve found to avoid it is to go really slowly in that section, to reduce the distance that she whipsaws forward, and by extension, the speed at which she collides with you.
