The screenshot doesn’t do it any justice but he was absolutely schlobbering those feet.
I don’t have any mods installed but this guy just goes in a cycle of eating beans and pissing on the outside walls of a toilet and occasionally kisses the feet of the person lying on the floor.
Skill issue.
