I’d get rid of the fake vines. Fake hanging plants and vines look silly IMO.

I think the monitor looks a bit dwarfed by the setup, especially with how high up and far back it is.
If it was mounted on an arm so that the base of the monitor stand doesn’t sit on the shelf and so you can pull it forward away from the wall and “in” to your setup then that would look good. I’d also move the lightbar to be central to the monitor as it gives off a bit of an unbalanced feel.
A larger monitor would also fit very nicely to tie it all in.

I’d replace the mouse and microphone. Then look to replacing the monitor, or maybe this first. Also nice keeb btw.
