Hello, I tried to overclock my 5600x and I changd some settings in my BIOS and now i get 4,5 Ghz stable with around 78 celsius max while stressing the cpu, its all good or do you recommend to change something? Thank you!

You should boost to 4850Mhz with proper settings.
