Path tracing does look pretty amazing, especially in a game like this where lighting is very prominent and it’s only going to look better once we get DLSS 3.5 with ray reconstruction. Also check out Alan Wake 2 which is coming out soon-ish. I believe that also has path tracing, being marketed as “full ray tracing” and similarly looks pretty awesome.
