Played a split screen multiplayer about 2 weeks ago. Next time we went to play it had these messages. Uninstalled and reinstalled from the store. Same messages.
Uninstalled, unplugged PS4 for half hour to clear cache, then reinstalled from disk. Same messages.
If you haven’t scrolled to last slide, when I try to manage installs it says store unavailable.
I’ve got no clue what I’m doing, but this certainly doesn’t feel user friendly.

Campaign, Co-op and caldera all say missing data pack. Multiplayer is the only one that says installation suspended.
