I found a save file from before I completed that job…. And it’s like about 20 hours of gameplay ago. I really don’t wanna repeat all that shit
If I Say no bullshit, breakthrough Can be got in Pacifica not far from the bridge far west.

I usually find Breakthrough from one of the Suspected Organized Crime Activities in Santo Domingo. The one with the lady person holding a bunch of prisoners in the basement.
Phantom Liberty will add a merchant that sells missed inconics so you can probably get it then.
You should uninstall the game and star again.

I don’t know what save files you do still have available, but you could try reloading after the boss was beaten and cross your fingers that the corpse is still there.
I’d start from the earliest one, and if it’s there, try each one after until it’s gone, which will be the save file with the schematic and most progress preserved.
But with the limited saves, I realize it would be very lucky if you have such a save file at all.
