2 years late to the party but hey. So I’m currently doing a no-fast travel playthrough to see the city more. This involved parking at the lot then taking the elevator up to the apartment at the end of every day.
Anyway, it looks like you can permanently save a copy of the Quadra Turbo-R V-Tech on the parking lot IF you bring and park the car there after you get the Sex on Wheels quest. I’m guessing the game has 2 versions of this car, the one you pick up and ride during the quest and the one that “shows up” when you hit the summon button.
So as long as the “original” stays parked, it won’t despawn. And you can just summon the V-Tech elsewhere (or by the street outside the building) and the V-Tech’s original version will be there for display.
Unfortunately I don’t think it works on other cars. I tried the purchased Galena and it despawns from the parking spot the moment you summon it. Same goes for the car reward in that boxing match with the Valentino, as well as the car reward from fixer gigs.

Hummm…..i never though to try this. I do the no fast travel everytime I play for years now ,and never happend upon this . good find yo!
Found out there were two versions of that car when I was trying to figure out why the car modification shop wouldn’t work on it.
Hwangbos Galena doesn’t despawn either so you can collect that one as well.
