So currently, I’m running the following specs:
Intel i5 4570
Asrock B85m Pro4
1x8GB DDR3 1333MHz RAM (it used to be 2x8GB but the other stick was causing BSOD, so I removed it)
GTX 1050 Ti
240GB SSD
1TB HDD
I checked the spec sheet (attached image) of my mobo and it says it supports only up to DDR3 1600MHz. But it also says it supports Intel XMP. I also check the spec sheet of Intel i5 4570 and says it only supports up to 1600MHz RAM too.
Does that mean I can purchase a G.Skill RipjawsX 2x8GB 2400MHz DDR3 RAM and use the entire 2400MHz using XMP? Or will my BIOS default it out at 1600MHz as the maximum?
The root of this issue is actually because I’m having a horrible time when playing PUBG PC at even all ultra low graphic settings, and I always get “Network Lag” during my gameplay even if my internet is stable at 400mbps with 1ms to 4ms. My lag is horrible and things take super long to render. It lags when an enemy player appears, so you can imagine my frustrations.
Please help me if you can!

Enter the UEFI and experiment it by yourself, start with small changes, if anything goes wrong just restart the settings and try again, like always with OC.
I can’t tell by the documentation of the mobo or the web page, so just try
