So I downloaded Cold War with the Xbox app, but when I tried to play it just said “do you own this game or app?”. Tried again a few times and looked up how to fix it and I downloaded the graphics (they weren’t downloaded idk why), but even that doesn’t fix it. I’ve looked up 5 different guides online and they all tell me to go see it in store but when I do it just shows that it needs time for connection. I’ve downloaded all 6 addons but it won’t show that in the store or work, what can I do to fix this?

Did you try signing in and out of your Xbox? What about rebooting the console?
