I’ve only ever played BO3 and Cold War Zombies. How does 4 compare?

Unfortunately, a lot of these features won’t save the game if the core mechanics aren’t great.

From 2008-2018 there was a perfectly good formula for zombies and bo4 tried fixing the old formulas flaws by adding different (arguably) worse flaws, no one asked for 4 perks per map only, no one asked for stupid amounts of bosses which does not give you anything in return and especially no one asked for the point system to be reworked to be crap, it literally make smgs, pistols useless as they were always designed for point weapons.

I tried enjoying bo4 when it came out, I truly tried but what I also don’t like about the game is its microtransactions, why cant I buy single standalone dlc?
