gearwise it looks totally fine.. If you are talking cosmetics, then maybe a matching desk-pad that doesn´t protrude beyond the desk would be an option? or some succulents if you are into plants.
If more space is needed and you want your battlestation to be more organized I can highly recommend those pegboards frome Ikea called SKÅDIS.
Since I don´t have plenty of room myself, I`ve bought one of those desktop stands by “balolo”, so I am able to storage things like pens, harddrive and DAC for my headphones. They offer plenty of options to upgrade on it. They also help with cablemanagement if that would be an issue

Maybe cut down the large desk pad to size and glue it down and larger monitor and wall mount it.
Not too much wrong with it, as you’re restricted to space, just like I was before just moving to a laptop and playing on the dining room table..🤣
