Well interestingly enough with Vanguard we do have evidence to suggest that Chaos simply takes place in the Dark Aether universe which would create a pretty direct connection between Aether and Chaos.

I never knew about this. It’d be absolutely cool if it was connected in this sort of way.
The zombie storyline worked by being indirect at all times. Aether transitioning to Chaos would’ve worked so well.
