Foam plumbing insulation! Available in various sizes, easy to work with, fire/heat resistant, super cheap, mounts with some zipties with screw hole tabs. Easy to get cables in and out of as well since you can pull the whole bundle out, then just stuff them back in the tube.
Think of a pool noodle, but thinner walls, with a slit running down it longways. An 8ft long length of it is about $5.
